如果是服务器向客户端 set-cookie 失败的话
1. 前端需设置 withCredentials: true
2. 服务器设置 'Access-Control-Allow-Credentials' 'true' 和 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' '<具体地址，不能为 *>'
这是针对 nginx 的配置，注意看 2
