Azure OpenAI 说 21 号要封个人账号，但目前还能用，这是死缓还是政策又变了？

看很多 v 友都收到了，这几天一直在用，发现一切正常。
Your Azure OpenAI Service will be terminated on 21 October 204. 大家都是一样么？延迟执行了？
