这句话的理解是 很多人不删除理财，不是因为他们赚的太少，而是因为他们没有追踪钱去哪里了。
感觉这么理解很难， 明明是 not bad with money , 双重否定，那不就是很擅长理财了嘛。
如果这句话变成 Most people are bad with money not because they earn too little, it is because they never really track where it goes. 我就能很容易理解了
