在Github里面watch了不少repo，看到感兴趣的或者以后可能会用到的就watch了，但是时间长了可能都忘了自己关注过哪些了，检索也不太方便，所以有没有第三方开发者基于Github的API开发类似的给repo添加tag的功能呢？
