Qualifications

Years of hands-on experience in C\C++ on Unix/Linux or Windows platform, both are preferred.

Strong problem solving ability and willing to take challenges.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Good team player.
Storage/Database/Backup software development experience is a plus.
Software performance tuning experience is a plus.
