Primary Job Responsibilities:
Mining with big data to understand user behaviors and patterns and leverage the insights to improve Ads experience with sellers/buyers.

Researching and developing algorithms for greater recommendation experiences



Job Qualifications:
Smart, quick learning and proactive.

Good communication skills.

Enthusiastic about mining big data to improve Ads experience.

Ability to work independently and in a team to research innovative solutions to challenging business problems.

Master degree or above in Computer Science or related field. Ph.D. is preferred.

Technical Skills

Solid knowledge about data structure and algorithms.
Proficient in R, Python, Java, Scala, or C++ programming.
Data mining, machine learning or information retrieval background is required.
Experience with machine learning, deep learning, natural language understanding, or other AI technologies.
