    工作常年低头看笔记本嘛,右侧肩颈部位一直僵硬。看了医生推荐羽毛球、放风筝之类抬头的休闲活动
    想了想抬头的比较休闲的活动,我只能想到羽毛球、放风筝、无人机了。。。请问老哥们,还有什么类似的抬头的运动推荐呢?
    或者日常工作中,除了垫高屏幕,多喝水多起身,还有什么建议来保护肩颈呢

    我是看中医看好的,开的中药,有一味特别重要的中药叫生附子,否则效果不佳,喝完当天肩颈就不酸疼了,一周就基本好了

    1.升降桌,升到站着都要抬头的高度,定时站坐姿势交替;
    2.我会喜欢把背包放前面背,这样会让我抬头挺胸,包里要有重物,比如水,笔记本,笔记本,书;
    3.玩手机不要低头,手机举到对面人以为你在偷拍他的程度(这里推荐 mini 款 iPhone ,又轻又小,单手握持舒服);

    @omaidb 生附子好像药典规定剧毒,不能加,只能加熟附子,量还不能超过 30 克
