见过读“贵”的。但是我还是觉得应该分来读，毕竟这是三个单词个缩写 Graphical User Interface ，跟 APP 不一样，APP 算是简写。

@littleylv 没有固定规则的，是约定俗成的，主要哪种读法顺口。比如 NGO 就没法读音节，NATO （内头）就很好读

我读 G-U-I
但是老外不管什么缩写都得弄个读音出来，所以就是“故意”

我是直读字母，这样无论谁，懂的都懂，只有那些从一开始就不知道 GUI 意义的人不懂
而其他读法，在不同的圈子，需要解释，总不能跟外国人交流时，把 dark theme GUI ，说成“黑鬼”吧，

那 CLI 怎么读呢

汉语读法是 gēi wū yī，见拉丁字母的汉语读音规定（即汉语拼音名称音）。

例如：英语 laser （激光）一字，就是取 Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation 的首字母缩略字，其发音就是依据 laser 的英文发音规则来发音
还真不知道 laser 是缩写，更不可能记得住全称

感觉母语者还是喜欢用单词方式读出来，而不是拼写出来。
