@bugcat 蛮有道理的，其实国内程序员水平挺高的，但是语言还是一个障碍，阅读技术文档没问题，但是口头表达和书面撰写还有待提高，有时开会的时候存在感比较低
此外，持续的自我学习能力和 accountability 也很重要啊
