@ladypxy 按照国行官网的说明也是：“使用 App Store 需要使用 Apple ID ，并将其设置在 Apple Vision Pro 上市的国家或地区。”
也就是说只是使用 App Store 的话，只需要 Apple ID 在任意 Apple Vision Pro 上市的国家就可以了，不一定需要本国 Apple ID 。

@ladypxy 这个从 2 月份 Vision Pro 发售以来一直是这个状态。按照美国官网说明，是因为目前只有美国发售了 Vision Pro ，目前只有美国地区的 App Store 开放了，其他地区的 Vision Pro App Store 暂时还没有开放。错误提示显示的也是 App Store 目前在此区域不可用。理论上在 Vision Pro 正式在其他区域发售的时候，其他区域的 App Store 应该就会开放。
当然，因为现在我身边没有人拿到美国版以外的 Vision Pro ，所以我也没办法验证是不是这样……
