没这么麻烦呀，国内随便找张双币信用卡绑定 google 账号，在 chatgpt 安卓端通过 google pay 订阅就行了，又没有溢价的

运营商条款写得很明确，家用宽带不允许商用，你跑 pcdn 就属于商业行为，不管 bt/pt 下载的是有版权问题的影音文件别的东西，bt/pt 行为可没有在条款里被禁止，你不要把水搅浑。
