zerotier 组虚拟网比较简单方便，不需要公网 ip 。
路由有插件的话 zerotier 后台加个到内网的路由也可以转发，路由不支持的话在目标主机装客户端也行。
类似的虚拟组网软件还是挺多的，我这边用几年了同城同运营商打洞非常快。
然后如果是单服务的话用 vps 的 IP+frp 也行。
