OneAPM 公司去年开发了一个云告警平台 OneAlert ，已经实现了电话、短信、微信、 APP 、邮件通知，貌似已经实现了根据告警时间（工作时间和非工作时间的不同，可以确定不同的通知方式，如晚上电话，白天微信什么的，这个功能很不错），建议楼主也加个油， ps ：楼主的开发进展怎么样了？
