Bear Note - iOS & macOS, 基于 iCloud 同步，短文章，记录，大型结构性待办项
Reminder - iOS & macOS, 基于 iCloud 同步，时间相关代办项
Notability - iOS & macOS & iPadOS, 基于 iCloud 同步，手写笔记或键入文字，做结构分析与规划
draw.io - Web, 绘制架构图形或其他示意图，文件通过 iCloud 同步
OMNI outliner - macOS, 结构化分析与大纲组织，文件通过 iCloud 同步
Axure - macOS & Windows, 通过 axhub.im 同步管理，处理原型设计与用户界面结构分析
WeChat - Me/Favorite 自动同步来记录比较重要 /小的内容，可以在连天列表置顶提醒

之前调研过 Office Online Server，2019 年搭建这个东西是有很多挑战的，我没走通
后来尝试使用 OnlyOffice，同时出现了网页和后端的性能问题，稳定的可用性不是很强
后来尝试使用 PDF.js 预览 PDF，使用 office online viewer 预览 office，跑了一段时间，可以用，但是方案比较业余，不严肃
现在使用阿里云提供的文件在线预览服务，可以预览 PDF/Office 系列的东西，个人认为花这点钱让阿里解决问题还是比较舒服的。
阿里现在的 Office 预览有几种方案，一种是阿里云搭建的 Office Online Server，阿里邮箱和阿里云的服务用的就是这个方案，一种是 WPS online，可以进行读写，但是 WPS online 并非标准的开放服务，没有抽象的对接方式。
