我的 agent-kanban 跟你这个差不多，你说的这些坑我也踩了。目前跑的还行，我正在用它重写我几年前开源的 zpan 。踩了不少坑，目前发现还是 system prompt 靠谱，我本来想让 agent 自己去读贡献者文档，然后发现很多时候不会严格遵循贡献者文档里要求的验收标准。

挺有意思，我之前做了一个类似的，但是目标是给所有软件注入灵魂。就是说不只是自我迭代，而是能为任何软件项目迭代。比如有一个项目本来需要人盯着迭代，但是使用了它之后它能定时醒来分析 gap ，然后自主规划版本，自主进行迭代。但是我一开始步子迈大了，想着让它能自己把自己迭代出来，然后再去迭代别的项目，失败了。。。

来试试 我的 agent-kanban ，我现在就是让 leader agent 帮我记到 todo 里，不分配 agent 就不会执行，需要执行的时候再拉出来讨论清楚了分配给 worker agent 就可以去执行了
